Dark Hot Chocolate
While not the worst offender of the holiday season, hot chocolate isn't quite the healthiest beverage, especially when you're having a few mugs a day. But that doesn't mean you'll have to switch to tea to get your hot beverage fix - simply use the recipe below. This one makes use of Almond Milk, which provides essentially fatty acids with fewer calories than regular milk, and dark cocoa powder, which is loaded with antioxidants.,
